Pressure Washing in Toronto, Brampton & the GTA
Northline pressure washes driveways, walkways, patios, porches, decks, fences and siding for homeowners across Toronto, Brampton and the GTA.
Different surfaces need different pressure. Concrete can take a surface cleaner; siding, painted wood and older brick cannot. We match the method to the material so you get the result without the damage.
Surfaces we clean
- Concrete and interlock driveways, walkways and porch steps
- Patios, pool decks and stone landings
- Wood and composite decks, cleaned at a safe pressure
- Fences and garden walls
- Vinyl, aluminium and stucco siding using low-pressure soft washing
Soft washing vs. high pressure
Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution to break down the green algae and black organic staining common on north-facing GTA walls and fences, then rinses it away. High pressure is right for concrete and interlock but will strip paint, drive water behind siding and pit soft wood. We choose based on the surface, not on what is fastest.
Preparation and cleanup
We rinse and protect nearby plantings, keep water away from doors, vents and outlets, and clean up runoff and displaced sand before we leave. Interlock joints can need fresh polymeric sand after a deep clean; we will flag it if yours does.
Pressure Washing FAQs
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or siding?
Not when the pressure matches the surface. We use a surface cleaner on concrete and interlock, and low-pressure soft washing on siding, painted surfaces and older masonry.
Can you remove oil stains from a driveway?
We can usually lighten oil staining significantly with a pre-treatment, but deeply soaked older stains may not disappear completely. We will set an honest expectation before we start.
Do you clean decks and fences?
Yes. Wood and composite decks and fences are cleaned at a reduced pressure to avoid raising or splintering the grain.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical GTA driveway takes one to three hours depending on size, surface and how much organic staining has built up.
What time of year is best for pressure washing?
Spring through fall, once overnight temperatures stay above freezing. Spring is the most popular slot because it clears winter salt, sand and grime in one visit.
